These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets to, and participation in, events offered by PMS Ghost Hunting, LLC ("PMS Ghost Hunting," "we," "us," or "our") and your use of pmsghosthunting.com. By buying a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these Terms.
Our Events
PMS Ghost Hunting offers guided paranormal investigations, tours, and related events at historic and other locations. Event details, times, and locations are described at the time of ticket purchase and may be updated.
Tickets & Payment
- Ticket prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
- Your ticket is a limited, revocable license to attend the specific event for which it was purchased.
- We may limit the number of tickets per event; once an event is sold out, no further tickets are available.
Cancellations, Refunds & Reschedules
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- If PMS Ghost Hunting cancels an event, or if severe weather or other circumstances outside our control force us to reschedule, your ticket will be honored for the new date at no additional charge.
- If you are unable to attend, please contact us at support@pmsghosthunting.com as early as possible; we will do our best to accommodate a transfer to a future event where reasonably possible, at our discretion.
Age Requirements
Unless an event states otherwise, attendees must be 16 years or older. Guests aged 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who also holds a ticket. Adults who bring minors are responsible for them at all times during the event.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
Our events take place in historic, aging, and sometimes dimly lit or uneven locations, often after dark, and may involve stairs, low light, and other conditions. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge these risks and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, PMS Ghost Hunting, LLC, its owners, staff, volunteers, and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage you may suffer except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. You agree to follow all instructions from our guides and venue staff.
Participant Conduct
- Follow the directions of our guides and respect each location and its property.
- Do not enter restricted or marked-off areas, and do not remove or damage anything.
- Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances.
- We reserve the right to remove any guest who behaves unsafely or disruptively, without a refund.
Photography & Media
We may photograph or record our events for documentation and promotion. By attending, you consent to appearing in such media. If you prefer not to be included, let a guide know at the event.
Disclaimers
Paranormal activity cannot be guaranteed. Events are provided for entertainment and investigative purposes, and experiences vary. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, which applies to tickets purchased after that date.
